Guest Access:
Your key will be provided by upon arrival. We will give you a mini tour of your new digs and answer any questions .
You'll be entering through a large trellised private terrace, through steel patio doors.

The Neighborhood:
Tucson's historic West University area - short walk to U of A, downtown and 4th ave. dining, nightlife and shopping

Getting Around:
Free street parking, gated 8 space parking lot in back,
short walk to dining, entertainment, and shopping.
Free streetcar (2) blocks away.

Other Things to Note:
Our In town "Oasis" is Located on a lush 1/2 acre. A charming historic property that is a short walk to coffee shops, nightlife, dining and local shopping. Wander through tree lined neighborhood streets in the historic west university area.
The properties perimeter is fully enclosed with block privacy walls with welded iron gates throughout. Free street parking.
There are (3) luxurious rental suites and a separate owner occupied properties.

1. Purified water: a water filtration system has been installed that removes all of the heavy metals and chlorine. The water also goes through a light that eliminated all bacteria. Drink right from the tap!

2. Guests control their environment, each room has its own thermostat.
Efficient new Mechanical units. Please do not set below 68 degrees. (It will freeze up and go into "defrost" mode that can be 12 hours - with no AC.

3. Building is highly insulated: Designed with a modern twist on Tucson's historic Barrio Style:
12” thick block exterior walls , 8'-0" tall steel windows and patio doors, a high pitched roof structure and interior traditional High ceilings.

4. Repurposed building materials: a priority during construction was to incorporated well-made materials from historic buildings found at Gerson's used building supplies.
(16) solid wood interior doors, and steel for gates.

5. Fireplaces:
Two of the (4)master suites have wood burning/gas ignited fireplaces.

6. If desired, the Manor suite may be rented along with the Garden room suite, that includes a full state of the are kitchen w/dining. There is a hotel style joint room connection, (2)doors for privacy, between your room and kitchen/sitting area.

7. Property is non-smoking.
If you wish to smoke please do so 30 feet away from any door
