The room was horrible. I should have left and got a new hotel. But we stayed. Totliet was so low i could barely get up with my bad knee. Tape all over the walls. Stains on the floor. Killed a bug in the bathroom at 4am. When i got up to pee. Beds hard like cardboard. Pool was cold and really needed to be cleaned. Windows were open and it was cold outside. No towels either. But on the brightside. The lady in the front was friendly. And the bathrooms for the party rooms are nice.

Found a roach in room. Plaster was bubbling. Vent in bathroom was coming away from wall and not sealed. Looks like puke stains in bottom of bath door. Used coffee filter was laying on desk next to coffee maker. No usb plug in the room for powering phones or tablets. No tissues. No makeup up remover tissue. Shower had caulking coming off. I took pics. Discuss

Did not have a room with 2 queen beds, which is what my reservation was for, available when i checked in. Front desk help was more into her cwll phone call than helping me. Typical Comfort Inn.
