This location was perfect for my short business trip. The hotel had quirky fun energy and my room was very clean with bed and linens led to a very restful sleep. There were good in-room and shared spaces for working (& strong WiFi), and pleasant amenities (range of for-purchase snacks and complimentary Nespresso/cookie in lobby and complimentary water and chocolate in-room). With both Filling Station Coffee and Union on the Hill (had a delightful dinner with live local music!) essentially across the street, all my needs were met. As others have noted, parking is a little tight in the official spots. Also, be sure to look for the email confirmation process outside of Hotels.com booking — I missed mine. Even though the staff sorted it swiftly, it would certainly be easier to have all the door codes, your room assignment, etc., before you arrived. My not finishing the separate confirmation process led to my only slightly negative surprise: I was on the second floor with only stairs as an option. They were not steep stairs, but I had event supplies in tow that I preferred not to leave in my car overnight. (If I had managed that confirmation process before, I suspect I’d have known about the stairs and could have planned better.) I look forward to staying again!

Parking in lot was not so good. Room decoration was excellent and made the experience unique. Clean room and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Cherry Warehouse Hotel, and it delivered a great experience. The building itself is a beautifully adapted 1930s warehouse. The character is real: exposed brick, visible structure, and industrial details that haven’t been overworked. Inside, the design is thoughtful and restrained, modern where it needs to be, but always grounded in the building’s history. What stood out most: • The bathroom, generous in size with well-detailed tile that felt both crafted and calming • The bed, that rare balance of soft and firm that actually lets you rest And above all, the silence, a kind of quiet that’s hard to find, especially in an urban setting It wasn’t just quiet, it was restorative. Just as important was the service. Warm, responsive, and personal without ever feeling overbearing. It felt like people cared that you were there. And then there’s the neighborhood layer. Mornings started at The Filling Station Coffee Garage, a short walk away and the perfect complement to the stay. Great coffee, genuine friendliness, and a charm that reinforces the authenticity of the area. That combination, the hotel, the people, and the surrounding places, creates something cohesive. If you are a local, use it as a place to recharge for a night. If you are coming to visit, just enjoy. Highly recommend. P.S. Parking is onsite, there is a clothes steamer rather than an iron, and there is not a small refrigerator but there is an ice maker.
