Situated right between Fort Lauderdale and South beach it is the ideal location for an amazing family vacation. 5 minutes from Aventura Mall , 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and 25 minutes from Miami Airport it is the best place to vacation. Also, 15 minutes from the amazing South beach. At the beach you get 2 chairs, there is also an umbrella in the room available. There is a beautiful swimming pool. we enjoyed our stay in the unit, it has a king bed and 2 sofas that can be used as beds - one for a smaller person and the other is leather but plenty of covers, linen and pillows. No house keeping as it's privately owned.

The unit was as described, very clean &comfortable. There was a nice large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast with a great view of the ocean. The apartment was fully equipped, great location & great beach. We also rented a car which was very nice. David, the owner was great to deal with and very helpful. We will definitely be back again !

What a great room, resort, and location!! Such a beautiful view of the ocean from the 14th floor balcony, accessed from the bedroom and/or living room. Loved the extra amenities such as the beach chairs, umbrella, and beverage coolers. The resort had a great pool, two hot tubs, tiki bar, easy beach access, and ample lounge chairs. Highly recommend!
