Roaches , Door wasn’t sealed correctly & rain water kept getting in , never came to change towels, clean room , or anything of the sort. All round disgusting

Small microwave and full size refrigerator. No paper towels or dish towels. No utensils what so ever. Sheets had stains and crusty materials. Wiped up spilled water with washcloth and it turned black. The cloth would not come clean even with hot water.

Was initially given a room that already had a customer in it and they thought I was trying to break and enter. Worst experience checking in I’ve ever had. Never in my life has a hotel assigned me a room with someone already in it. Then to question me that I had the right room and how this was impossible.
