Staff was not helpful Make sure about bus reservation, most of the time bus is full to Florence and you won't get space and you have to wait for hour for next shuttle. Staff very bad, won't prefer to stay

Our Roman Gladiators called Signore Gianlucca Hu Firenze Certosa Camping in Town & Signore Mimo Hu Firenze Camping in Town. These are our saviour the men of situation symbol of Italian Hospitality Emperor You know when we were in school, they told us how the Romans once ruled the world. Well… for us, they still do. And no, this isn’t CNN breaking news — it’s just a fact of our travels. Who could resist falling in love with Italy’s incredible landscapes and charming towns? From the glittering Amalfi Coast and Capri Island, to the volcanic drama of the Aeolian Islands — Stromboli, Lipari, Panarea — and the turquoise waters of Sardinia’s Maddalena and Porto Cervo. From skiing in Cortina d’Ampezzo and chic Portofino to the timeless beauty of Tuscany, which will forever hold our number one spot. We’ve explored 97 countries, met countless people, and seen wonders across the globe. Yet Italy remains our numero uno destination — for over nine years now, we’ve been coming back at least twice a year. Our travel motto is usually, “Never return — life is too short, the world too big.” But somehow, Italy keeps breaking our own rule. There’s something here… a magic that pulls us back every time. This year Our Perfect Italian Summer Dream — Dolce Vita — 12D Celebrity Cruise Italy&Croatia, 4D Elba Island & 6D Tuscany until the last leg, where a very small problem (€45 transfer real cost handed 30€ in inélégant way) turned into a disproportionately frustrating ordeal because of how it was

Kids loved the pool. Beds were nice, but there was not much free place around the double bed. Wi-Fi did not work throughout our three nights stay though the personal kept on saying it was being fixed.
