Staff are present while working each day, typically 9am to 3pm or later, and will welcome guests arriving during those hours, there is no full-time reception function in this type of property. 3. Please note this property has no ground floor bedrooms and is exempt from disability legislation due to its historic nature, four floors of rooms are accessed by stair only, so is not suitable for any guest with mobility issues as there is of course no elevator/elevator in such a historic property. 4. There are no meal options in this room-only property. This is not a self-catering property - for the comfort of other guests preparation and consumption of food is not permitted in rooms. 5. When booking more than 2 rooms, different policies and conditions apply which will include a nonrefundable deposit.
