Arrived only 1 towel in family room mentioned to reception informed they would rectify it, they didn't. Only half a toilet roll available, no tea coffe facilities in room, you could make one down stairs if you wanted to. Bathroom no plug in sink toilet was dirty and tiles held on wall with packing tape Overall it was the worst accommodation i have had the misfortune of using in London

The same issue as before its cold in the room. Please put on heating when guest arrive. Apart from that i really like it there Thanks
