Garden Inn and Suites is an older hotel that has not been updated in a while. However, our room was clean, had a flat screen tv, mini fridge, and microwave. Bathroom was clean and linen’s (bath towels and bed sheets) were extremely soft and fresh. Security gates to the hotel guest area were either propped open or did t require a key to get in. We needed the hotel to be able to sleep and shower. It fit our needs perfectly.

This place gets one star for convenience for its proximity to the Oakland airport, and thats it. No coffee maker in the room, no heat, things falling apart, blow dryer on the verge of blowing up. The "so called " breakfast was the shuttle driver making individual Kureg cups of coffee behind the counter. Apparently brewing a while cup would cost too much.
