Arrived early and a warm welcome, our room wasn't ready but very accommodating with looking after our luggage while we went to the Marathon Expo. Room was great, big comfy bed, great bathroom, huge shower....

Kalid deserves a pay rise he is exceptional!!! A star and an absolute representation of your beautiful hotel!! You should really take steps to further his career - I would highly recommend that as it’s not often I come across people with that business flare and understanding of the customer and our needs He made our stay my finance and baby daughter like they were the most important people in the hotel and I couldn’t have asked for more Thank you gantry we will be back

The reception staff never available to pick up the phone which can be frustrating when someone is urgently trying to contact the hotel. Other than that, everything else is nice.
