Edinburgh Aparthotel are just 1640 feet from the Royal Botanic Gardens. There are regular busses to the city center, and Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station is just a 5-minute taxi journey away. There are supermarkets just 492 feet from the apartments and there are restaurants and pubs nearby. Edinburgh’s main shopping area, Princes Street, is less than a mile away. All of the double-glazed apartments have spacious lounge/dining area.. There are bright bedrooms and tiled private bathrooms with a bath and shower. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that for advance purchase reservations, the pre-authorization on a card would be due at the time of check-in. Guests must have a valid credit card with them on arrival at the apartments. Failure to do so, may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in. For business bookings and bookings with third party payments, please contact the hotel directly for a third party payment authorization form. VAT receipts are issued upon departure only. At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking.
