Girl on front desk was not accomodating. I requested a room on 1st floor as my dog does not walk on tile or smooth floors. She refused to change our room.

The good... Property looks pretty new and the beds were comfortable. The bad... The floor in the room was "sticky" like spilled soda that wasn't totally cleaned, the shower didn't work because I think the control valve was defective (choice was scalding hot or no water). Milk in the breakfast area was past its sell by date, staff cleaned the breakfast area by using a wet rag to wipe everything onto the already dirty floor. The hallway (2nd floor) had trash including Q-tips on it when we checked in and still there when we checked out. No one at the front desk when we left so I couldn't even complain. Really bad experience.
