We had to wait multiple times to speak to someone at the front desk. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it felt empty. The hotel and our room was very warm when we checked in. The cleanliness of our room seemed appropriate, but the next day there was a huge cockroach in the room. For some reason, I wasn't surprised due to warmth of the hotel. We only stayed for one night, so we were checking out when we saw the roach. We've stayed at this location a few years ago without issues, but we will not return here next time we are in town.

Hotel was noisy, due to man door being propped open with a rock, people going in and out hitting to rock each time.
