Location is excellent, staff not helpful at all , they don’t put effort at all to help or understand your need !! Rooms need a lot of maintenance !

This is a very conveniently located hotel to old town Florence. We walked to all the sights and restaurants. The room has a floor that looks old and dirty, the rug outside the room in the hall was filthy and a squished bug was on the floor for days. The breakfast is a typical buffet, the pastries are not fresh, which was a bummer. Bathroom needs some attention, our shower leaked and the shower head drips after you turn the water off, so it is hard to dry off. Needs updating. The rooftop is a nice touch, but there are no services up there. I would give it 3 stars
