This was the worst ever. I get there and I have to call # and wait outside for someone to open door for check in. I’m checking in and the lady says, we don’t have any services, I’m the only one here, there will be no housekeeping anything. Whatever, I go to my suite and there are dirty towels on floor, again whatever, so I decide to go and buy a few things, I notice the door did not lock, someone had taped the lock so door would stay open, do I call upfront and she says just take it off. Weird, I leave and I comeback to find roof smelling like pot and mud marks all over the floor. I’m like ??? I call and they out me in another suite, no dish soap, no towels, no glasses, nothing, I went out and brought everything, pans to cook, sponge to wash dishes, they had a roll of toilet paper in kleenex dispenser, I stood there 7 days, was visiting family. There was no wifi for 5 days, had to use my hotspot, I called upfront and they gave me a 1800 #, called 8 times, while there various days, opened up trouble tickets, never once got a call back like they said they would. When someone went into my suite 1st day, she offered a comp night, funny I never seen in, typical of how this stay was, I have text back and forth where they never even responded, I would never ever stay or recommend this place, there was yelling outside, arguments, trash bins would not get emptied. I don’t write reviews, but this experience was the worst, spent a lot of many to stay in this unsafe dump !!

The hotel doesnt exist. Showed up and it was being converted to apartment buildings. Need to find new place for our family christmas

Many of the reviews are over critical in my opinion. No doubt this property needs work but their business model is changing so things you would expect from hotel service is no longer in their wheelhouse. Overall I give it an okay.
