A very enjoyable stay, Roberta was very helpful and the food was excellent. Stunning views from the room of mountains and countryside.

We visited Campobasso to search for family roots. This Hotel was a bit far from the 'town' but accessible by foot, walking slowly, it took us around an hour. Very pleasant, weather was unusually cool for August.The Cafe Americano was excellent! The breakfast buffet was okay, juices, cereals (2), small toasts, and cakes. We supplemented with fresh fruit. The hotel is old but clean. The staff was helpful, one spoke a bit of English. To communicate with the others we used our book-learned Italian and hand signs. Very reasonable compared to other hotels. Wi-Fi was spotty but free and staff was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was good and there were two primi, secondi and contorno dishes to choose from. We may use this hotel again when we return to Italy.
