The room was clean. The baseboard was falling off. The bathroom was just big enough to turn around in. The bath faucet had a hole, but worked. The TV cable was unplugged and take a couple hours to get someone toplug it back. You can telkthus place needs hallway maintenance also. The day manager was very nice though.

I booked this hotel because of the 24 hour airport shuttle, when I called at 12:30 at night I was told there was no shuttle after 12:00. Getting an Uber was not in my plan.

My room was filthy! The corners of all comforters were shredded, dirt all on the floor inbetween the bed, pulled back the blanket on a bed and if had nothing but crumbs init. My 1 year old was able to find someone elses teeth retainer on the ground and put it in her mouth. Had to take her to the dr to have labs ran to ensure she didnt contract anything. Went to the desk and was offered to move rooms but my 2 youngest were sleep and it was 1am. Called the booking agency and all they had to say was “sorry we can book u a room at a different hotel” mind u it was 1am & id have to pack all 4 kids up to relocate half way across indianapolis. We Came intown for a dance competition and visited david busters after, didnt go in the room until 1245am. Been calling to speak w a manager and can never get in contact w one or a call back. I want a refund or a room at a different hotel offered at no charge
