When we arrived and seen the facilities and location we did not stay. They have not refunded me and even if they don’t I could not have stayed there. It needs a completely remodel, smelled horrible and location made us feel very unsafe. Absoultely parking was horrible.

I'm sad to see that there is very little love and care of room 312 that I stayed in at this historic hotel. The room was smelly (from smoke, perhaps?) and the HVAC fan never turned off, making it not peaceful. There were multiple holes in the wall, cobwebs and dust on the headboards. The cheap plastic toilet seat was broken. There is only one light source in the room - a lamp by the bedside that was not connected to the light switch near the door. When I asked to be switched to a different room after the first night, I was refused. The public spaces are kept up well enough. But I did not enjoy my stay at all.
