Wont ever stay here again. When i first got there to check in the front desk said "you want to go to Baymont". I said i had a reservation and they said oh. I think they were training a new person as there were 2 ppl and only one was doing anyrhing and that was very slow. Finally got my room key and went to the room after about 30 minutes and i did the pre check in as well. The room wasnt to bad but there was still trash in the can by the night stand. Just after 10 pm some guy opened the door and said oh sorry and left. Thats when i remembered to lock the door. Next time ill just go somewhere else. I do not reccomend thisbplace at all.

Reception desk personnel were highly unprofessional in greeting guests. They had personal conversations before tending to us. They kept asking each other questions about what type of room had outside doors instead of helping. Restroom at entrance/reception area was clogged and full of feces. when i informed attendant she just sighed but did not call for maintenance. overall, they need plenty of training on customer service and friendliness.
