The property is really nice in terms of design with lots of potential but unfortunately it’s really poorly run. The staff was helpful and kind but there were only 3 people working on the entire place, no receptionist, no concierge, no customer service. I would never stay here again.

The rooms were good but when I came back after visiting Florence to park my car the door did not open,finally I need park on the road side.The breakfast was not good at all.

Absolutely loved it here. Beautiful views, quiet place, kids loved the pool. Maybe more dining options are needed here, but overall it was great holiday. Would definitely go back again.
