Im super annoyed that I booked the hotel for the pool weeks in advance and called to make sure the pool. Was open and just my lick it broke. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known. My kids were really upset that we went just for the pool and it didn't work.

ACHeater only blew hot air Turned temp to 60 & room still felt like 75 Wall temp control broken Bathroom sink faucet only produced cold water when turned all the way right Shower doors had no bottom track and felt like they would come off the top track Have stayed in many hotels as a military family and this one is towards the bottom of the list When I mentioned the above to the assistant manager he said we should have told the front desk My counter point is that the hotel staff should ensure a room is in proper order before renting it
