When I checked in, the front desk agent was very friendly and quickly got me set up with a room key. When I went up to the room, it hadn’t been cleaned and the beds weren’t made. I went back downstairs and she was very apologetic, then reassigned me to another room. The second room was better, but there was quite a bit of hair in the restroom. I understand it can be hard to catch every little detail, but this was noticeable. I was only staying one night and usually bring flip-flops to shower in hotels, so it wasn’t a major issue for me. I didn’t try the breakfast since I decided to sleep in, but I did notice housekeeping knocking on my door around 9am even though checkout isn’t until noon.

Pool was closed because the updates and was our primary gol as we were on vacations with kids

Room was not very clean and even with all the lights on, the room still felt dark. I ended up leaving after a couple hours and found another hotel to stay at.
