All was well aside from I reserved a king bed and did not request a handicapped room but got one. . As a result I’m assuming that’s why the bed was almost on the floor and honestly very uncomfortable. Also the note in the room specified put a room sign outside if you don’t want room service. Therefore we assumed if we did nothing room would be cleaned and restocked.

Fantastic staff at the front desk, clean rooms, amazing water slide- my whole family had a great time at this hotel.
