The elevators did not work and my room was on the fourth floor, so i had to carry my luggage all the way to the fourth floor. Upon getting to the room, the keys to the room did not work. So, I had to go back down to the front desk to get keys that worked. But, they could not help me at the front desk, I was told I had to wait for the maintenance guy to fix the problem with the lock which took time away from enjoying my stay. When I finally made it inside the room, it smelled like human poop (I had to spray the room with perfume in order to be able to stay in the room. The mattress stank of body odor and the tub did not drain when I took a shower in the morning

The front desk people and other workers we encountered were really nice. The overall stay wasn’t too bad and there were only a few things that could be improved. The beds were creaky/popping and hard to lay on. Mine had a lumpy line straight down the middle as if it were a sleep number style. The walls were kinda thin and we could hear the people in the next room talking pretty well, especially if they got slightly loud. There were dogs barking but that didn’t bother us too much. And the water in the shower barely got lukewarm. And there was a cold draft coming under the door to the room. Other than that everything was pretty nice and it did the job for our 1 night stay.
