Breakfast was great, pool was down because of remodeling. When reserving the room, there was no mention of the closed pool. Friendly staff.

I am still waiting to be contacted from the property. We checked in Friday about 5, dropped our stuff off and had to leave quickly. When we got back into the room it was a little after 11pm from an evening of games for my daughter. We realized the window curtain was open and wouldn't close. We were on the bottom floor and our bed was facing the window which was open to the parking lot and anyone walking by. My daughter and I went to the front desk after I took a picture to let the front desk worker know the curtain wouldn't pull down anymore. He said "I'll go check it out." We walked to the room and were in a room with the worker for about 30 minutes alone. It was 11:30pm, with two females and very uncomfortable for my daughter and I and probably him too. There needs to be some kind of training for how to handle these situations for your employees but also to ensure safety for all. He asked me "do you have some kind of tool to use?" Obviously I didn't. He pulled out his key trying to bend the bead for about 20 minutes before going to the desk to get a tool. He came back with a eyeglasses screwdriver. It obviously didnt do anytjing so he began pulling on the curtain and the left side popped and came down a little. He said "I got it down I think but I think I broke it. Don't say anything." I told him from the right side there is still a good gap and can see in straight to the bed. I asked if we could move rooms and was told they were full before walking out.

Staff was very friendly the hotel was under construction and I didn’t find out until the day before when I got a text saying that the pool was closed and they were renovating we had 2 rooms and our room was dirty not cleaned very well hair on the floor and pubic hairs in the shower there was a old fake eyelash stuck to the side of the head board of my daughters bed lol and a old dried up jalepeno on the dresser other than that staff was friendly and breakfast was good
