Ashton (manager?) was great when the pool was closed for maintenance. Offered us to go to a nearby affiliate hotel to use their pool in the meantime. Offered us free drinks from the grab and go section for our inconvenience. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The rest of the staff was kind and accommodating. I did ask the desk agent to not repeat my personal data out loud at check in and she ignored my ask & continued to do so; I’d recommend better training on this. All guests should feel safe and secure.
