The staff was rude Asked for another patio chair did not get it Asked for more towels was told to come get them ourselves Spent money at the SPOT because was told checkin was at 4;00 but it was at 3:00 and had to wait a extra hour I paid good money but was very disappointed Will NOT recommend !

Zero customer service. Waited for two hours at check in because of a name issue on reservation. Average room. Will definitely not go back !
