Despite a confirmed and prepaid booking was the room given to someone else due to a software problem. Staff didn't really care and made no effort to find an alternative solution.

Nice and clean place. Friendly staff. Price was good. Parking was not that easy in the long street of the hotel. We had a family room. Lot of space. Good stay for a couple of days Berlin.
