When we arrived they seemed like they didn't know where to put us. I wondered if they lost the reservation. They had "newly renovated" our room so they just had to make sure it was "ready." Things were not ready for us when we arrived. We had to have a new fridge put in the room & the door lock fixed before we moved things into the room. The 1st night they also needed to attach the bathtub faucet. The following day we gave them a list of more things that needed fixed (outlets not working, bathroom fan not working, dusting needed done, and more). They did fix the most important things in a timely manner, which we appreciated greatly!! However, there were ants in the room every day that we needed to take care of ourselves and it was never addressed. (Not an army of them, but enough that every time someone needed to go by the bathroom we had to do an ant check and take care of 2 or 3 at a time.) YUCK either way!! The breakfast was pretty good and the pool was better than other pools at hotels we have stayed at in Rexburg, so that was great. We are glad there was something available for the time we were in Rexburg, but will choose another hotel in the future that is more worth the money we spent.

Breakfast was terrific, other than some upgrade construction the place was very clean. The pool is nice and clean with a full supply of towels.
