This is one of the city’s busiest nightlife areas, and noise from bars, music venues, and street activity can continue late into the night. This location may not be suitable for guests sensitive to noise or light sleepers.Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens; noise will be heard when the toilet is flushed or when water is running.A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. This is taken as a pre-authorisation 3 days before arrival and released within 7 days of check-out, subject to inspection.All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check-out, the full £150 deposit will be charged to cover replacement locks and keys. If keys are later returned, £100 will be refunded, with £50 retained for labour costs.Office hours are Saturday to Thursday 09:00–17:00 and Friday 09:00–16:00.
