Wooden house located only a 15-minute drive from Malaga city, Andalucia.
As soon as you walk through the doors of this coquettish holiday home, a cosy atmosphere will envelop you. The house is ideal for a family, who wants to rejoice in the quietness of the mountains that back the city of Malaga, and, at the same time, have the opportunity to flee to the capital city of the Costa del Sol whenever they feel like.
The house’s main room is a wooden, sloping-ceiling dining-living room, provided with a galley corner and warm/cool air-con. From this room, you can access the two bedrooms of the house, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower.
The gravelled patio that surrounds the house features an area for “al fresco” dining, which is the perfect spot to rejoice in the spectacular hill views that extend before your eyes, a brick BBQ and an above-ground private pool. Besides, you will have the chance of enjoying the starry summer sky, thanks to the complete absence of light pollution.
This house is part of a 4-house complex, and it shares the outdoor facilities with the other buildings. Among them, another swimming pool, located 200 metres from the wooden house, a 14-place parking space at the entrance of the complex, a ping-pong table, an enclosure where a few chickens and a pony live, and a laundry room, which you can use at an extra cost.
The access to the house is possible via a sloping, 800-mt unpaved lane.
