The room was filthy from electrical sockets and fixtures and remote controls being unable to turn on lights or tv or plug in my phone charger due to broken sockets remote and batteries being held up my tape holes in walls as if someone clearly punched through stains on pillows bedding chairs and floors the room was filthy with a poor air filters and smell. There were holes in the walls appeared to be bullet holes nothing was painted properly the drywall was pealing and breaking shower head and bathroom filthy with someone else’s filth in the toilet. The staff was rude and was refusing to give me my key to the room after telling me they saw and confirmed my booking refused to contact a manager when requested took an hour of arguing when I first got in for them to realise they messed up my reservation claiming I never paid and blamed that it was 3rd parties fault they didn’t send over the proper virtual card because I paid directly to hotels.com over all this was the worse experience ever I want a full refund
