This place is an absolute dump. Our room was very clearly not cleaned other than *maybe* mopped. I only say mopped because there was water all over the floor when we walked in. Once we got to our room, the door was propped open, so anyone could’ve walked right in. The bed sheets were definitely not changed; it was disgusting. The bed was full of someone else’s body hair, dirt, crusty black things, and more. I called the “maintenance/emergency after hours line” numerous times and did not get an answer until the next day. We tried to walk around the building to locate an area where they may keep extra supplies so we could get new sheets and change the bed ourselves but all we found was more absolutely disgusting areas. The basement, where the laundry area is, was moldy and filthy. We saw a couple of cockroaches running around down there and one of the windows was pushed open and the screen knocked out, as if someone was breaking in. The same hairs that were all over the bed were also all over the bathroom, everywhere. We were given only like 1/10th roll of toilet paper. The fridge had old food in it. They did bring new bedding the next day once they responded to my numerous calls and texts. The parking options are garages across the street, so it takes some time to get in, park, and walk back up to the hotel. You will get ticketed if you park on the street that the hotel is on. Overall, I would never go back to this hotel. It’s probably the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

I DID NOT PARKING , THE MACHINE TO MAKE COFEE DOS NOT WORK AND TE MAN DIDNT CHANGE IT. THE CHECK IN WAS DIFICULT , ONLY WITH TELEFONE , NOT KEY AT ALL

Great apartment, clean, great location Wasnt aware of the "no overnighy street parking" rule in hollywood but parking at Ovation across the street was just so convinieny too, £25 dollars per night but you cant come and go Check in was a challenge as i live in the uk and couldnt send my details via text for some reason , would recomend they offer a whatsapp straight away but they did respond and sort it as soon as i landed Great apartment and helpful person who sorted out check in with the "door" app as first time we used I would 100% stay again as place was great with lots of room and great location
