My experience with the unit was extremely disappointing. Basic personal hygiene items that are usually provided everywhere were missing, and the unit itself was not clean. Unfortunately, it seemed that a previous tenant had used the kitchen utensils and left them inside the dishwasher without cleaning them, so I could not find them at first and was surprised to discover they were there. In addition to the poor level of cleanliness, I also faced issues accessing the property because I was provided with incorrect access numbers. Honestly, my overall experience with this unit was very bad.

I would not recommend staying here. Upon checking in, we turn the corner to head to our unit, and another couple informed us they had been locked out, the code they were provided was wrong and it was their 3rd try to enter the unit. We go to check into our unit; exact same thing happens to us. Why you're provided the wrong code to check in? Who knows - and there's no onsite staff, and the staff will only communicate with you via text message. Before arriving, I had read other reviews, which mostly complained about how dirty the blankets were. Thank goodness we brought our own, because the same was true for us. There's in unit washer and dryers. Why aren't they washing the blankets? Underneath the blankets was nasty as well. The cherry on top is that they essentially make you beg for your security deposit back. That you have to pay OVER THE PHONE. After 2-3 reminders asking where it was, they finally sent it back to me. I don't understand why they don't do a 'hold' charge, but instead, they remove the money from your account and make you wait for them refund it. This whole place is sketchy and in a bad area.

The unit I was assigned was a far cry from the pictures that were posted on the site during the booking process. I felt like I was the victim of a vicious bait-N-switch. I contacted the management and they required some serious convincing to switch me to a different unit... This can't be the first time they've gotten this feedback. The unit that I was eventually moved to was better, but it had disgustingly dirty air vents... With clumps of greasy dirt on them. It was one of the first things I saw when I checked in, so I don't know how its possible for the cleaners to have missed or even ignored it. Minor things were missing or broken - no trash bags, no dishwasher pods or dishwashing liquid, and a broken toilet paper holder. It just seemed like neglect was the theme... But I was completely undone when I got to the bedroom and discovered that the bed was broken... The main support under the bed was broken and sitting on the floor, so the bed sagged precariously in the middle. I tried sleeping on it one night and noped right out of that when my back complained... After all the effort it took to get into this unit, I didn't bother contacting management about the unit because I didn't think my call would be very well received. Parking is secure, but quite a trek from the building entrance. In summary, the units may not be as described or as you expect based upon photos at booking, and maintenance and housekeeping quality is totally sus at this location.
