• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

Perfect location for game at the Superdome. Right in between Bourbon St and the stadium. Easy check in and enough room for six of us.

Great location and very nice property. We had no issues with the stay, the only confusing part was parking. We got it all taken care of with the front desk and they were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

This condo is in a good location. Close enough to the center of New Orleans and all the popular tourist spots and far enough to be away from all the noise and crowds. There’s a streetcar stop right by the building to get to several destinations easily and saving gas. The condo was spacious perfect for a family of 7 and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect place to come back to after a lot of walking and still be able to share space and have privacy. The Hosteeva customer service was excellent!! Any question or concerns they were quick to respond and resolve. We would definitely recommend staying here for your stay in NOLA!! Thank you so much for allowing us to book here!!
