Scary approaching the building...was super relieved when they very nice receptionist informed us that they needed to call 32 people to let us know they didn't have rooms for us (3 hours after the check-in time). Stay at your own risk...but the staff we encountered were all very kind.

Arrived after a 5 hour drive, and a full workday to be told my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel because they had overbooked, and my room wasn't paid for. I booked with the "Pay at property" option. The woman at the desk told me this sternly, like she expected me to just accept this and walk away. After she realized I wasn't accepting this situation, she said they would have a room cleaned for me in an hour. They did. Room was very clean, so hat tip to housekeeping. The stove top did not work. This was the main reason I booked here, To cook my own meals. I didn't say a word. The staff had zero hotel experience, poor if any training, and were just very unprofessional. No one knew what they were doing. I won't be back.

When I showed up at the front desk to check in, they told me that there were no more rooms available as housekeeping services did not show up and rooms were not cleaned. Later, when a lady arrived, he said that there may be a couple of rooms available and he would give her one which she declined to stay longer. And when I asked to give me one of those rooms, the front desk guy said he's not sure if he could give it to me as he didn't know what rooms would be available. Clear Discrimination!!
