Do not use rhis APT .... 1. Bed is so bad which Bed's leg felling down and i fell downed in the middle of sleep. 2. Unkind service, 3. So difficult check-in, 4. Check-in service has a bug...4. No service once checked-in. 5. When call, hang up.... Never recommend this APT.

The building and the apartment we rent were not maintained and unfit for tourism accomodation: 1°) on our arrival, the elevator was out of order. We had to walk 3 stairs with many heavy luggages. 2°) the floors everywhere in the apartment were in pretty bad condition 3°) the bath towels were stained 4°) some kitchen ustensils were unusable because very dirty. 5°) the washing machine was dysfunctional and required the intervention of a maintenance guy to allow me to get back my clothes that were stuck in it. The maintenance guy acknowledged that the washing machine was good to dump! This nice episode delayed my journey by 3 hours (I was lucky, no plane to catch!) 6°) there was an oversized table in the hall blocking the entrance of the bathroom, of no use at all, as if i the apartment was a storage place !!! 7°) certain closet doors were wedged and it was difficult to open them 8°) the swimming pool area was dangerous and dirty. The pool stairs were made of wood boards not fixed together. The wood floor was broken in certain places. The access ramp to the swimming pool was not fixed on the floor and falls when used !!! One of my children almost fell and hurt himself. 9°) the common parts of the building were dirty and there was a horrible smell in the hallway. Given the above, it is fait to say that the photos published by the owner of this apartment on Expedia are misleading. Finally, the owner's staff never answered any emails. Conclusion: this place is to be avoided.

We stayed at this rental apartment and were very disappointed. The apartments were not as clean as advertised, with dusty furniture and unsanitized bathrooms. Major issues included: No hot water in both showers. Supplies: We rented two units to accommodate 8 people each, but the provided shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper were insufficient for even one person for the length of our stay. We paid for 8 people per apartment, and it was advertised that these essentials would be provided. Towels: The towels had stains and did not appear sanitized, so we had to wash them ourselves. Electrical Issues: Both apartments had exposed electrical lighting that we covered with cloths. There were no fixtures. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to work. The furniture was outdated and in poor condition, and the bed was uncomfortable with an old, lumpy mattress. Additionally, we were also falsely accused of causing a noise disturbance before we had even checked in. We received a call on Thursday night while we were still in Madrid, despite not being scheduled to check in until Saturday. The calls persisted and it has been reported in other reviews as a fraud used to avoid refunding us the security deposit per apartment. Our stay was unsatisfactory, and lack of response to these issues is disappointing. Improvements are urgently needed to ensure future guests have a better experience.
