A disgusting place, they have no staff, anyone can go in, homeless people come and break into the rooms, they don't have towels or cleaning service, it's a place for pigs.

Staff was . The room in the hand was a bit messed up paint and missing wood .. there was hair arpund the sink in the kitchen like somebody just shaved there. Looked pretty dirty everywhere except the bed.. everything looked nice and new on the bed ..it was freezing when we arrived in the room.. there was about a inch gap in the door but it stayed warm despite the huge gap... The room was really rough

There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation process. Needless to say I am irritated beyond belief that I am out several hundred dollars for a reservation that I did not use. I even selected the protection in the event something had to change. I don't feel I should have to pay for rooms that we did not stay in especially since there was no staff to let us in. That' s not a me problem, that's a them problem. Please see if it's possible to issue a refund. We are a non-profit business and every penny counts. We can't afford to lose over $300 just because somebody wasn't there to do their job. I appreciate anything you can do
