The apartment was clean, however, very small and certainly wouldn't be comfortable if filled to it's 7 people capacity. There were two bedrooms with doubles and then very small single beds in the corners. Only one bathroom which is not sufficient for the 5 people during our stay. The small kitchen had a tiny round table with only 4 chairs, no lounge room or couch. Would not recommend if you have more than 4 staying. Nowhere to sit and relax together.

Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment is newly renovated and pristine (with fantastic AC). The location within 1 minute of the metro was super convenient and the area down by the canals had fabulous restaurants. Check-in was easy (and flexible! We got in at 10am and we were lucky they could accommodate us early) and super friendly. One of our favorite spaces to settle into as a home base while on vacation with our family of 6.
