Poor check in. Not staff fault. System fault. Room was ech chamber for every noise in the hallway and adjoining rooms. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clean except for certain areas. Toilet set sat crooked and would slide over while seated on. Breakfast was gross. Eggs soggy and oily feel in mouth. No oatmeal because staff couldn’t figure out how to make. Yogurt machine empty so staff member came from behind Front Desk, where she was touching all kinds of things, did not put on gloves, open the machine, squished a bag around, touched the tip of the tube that the yogurt comes out of with dirty hands and then put it back together, close it, and said here you go. Another staff member had a girlfriend hanging around with them while they were cleaning common areas. Very unprofessional, underwhelming and NOT worth the price.
