It felt SO cozy & lovely that I would have Lived to stay longer!! Convenient location too! Every- Thing was Excellent! Thank-you!!

From the moment I opened the door to my suite the terrible smell was overwhelming. I tried to deal with it for two days but could not take it anymore. I contacted the front desk and they sent over a kid with a spray can of air freshener. It did nothing. Then during checkout the charged me resort fees which was already paid for with my hotels.com contract. I showed them my hotels.com invoice showing the fees in the total I paid and they would not accept.

Tv was broken. Room musty. Never got linen service coffee pot broke. Loud building noises at night
