The property was very well kept, in a safe and inviting area, and the hotel and my room were very clean. The staff (except one) was very kind and helpful as well. I will definitely stay again. I do understand why rates are lower, as there aren't any "frills". However, not having any kitchen supplies was very challenging, as I hadn't known in advance, and when I went to make breakfast the next morning, I didn't have anything I needed. It was extremely frustrating, and had to go out for breakfast. Just as an FYI for future quality control, my best friend came up in the elevator to help me bring my luggage and my mother, in her wheelchair, down when we were checking out, but there was tape across the elevator only on our floor for maintenance. She said she had to duck under it. I asked the cleaning lady for help, and she did not speak a word of English. Then a staff member said I needed to use the stairs, seeing that my mother is in a wheelchair. When I reiterated that, he said, "Well then, you need to wait." I didn't receive any information or etiquette, and he walked away. Normally, when she is traveling with me, we stay on the first floor. But we came in late at night, and there was an emergency with her, so I needed to get her into a room right away, so I just took the room they gave me. If the elevator was truly out of service, why was there no tape on all the floors, and why was my best friend able to ride it? That is very concerning.

Super clean, brand new, and one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in. Easy and free parking was awesome.
