Our room was very clean (bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled) and the staff were courteous and helpful. Bus stop to city center was steps from the front of the hotel and it was an easy 15-minute walk to Utilita Arena.

Booking hadn’t come through to the hotel so no room was available straightaway had to wait almost an hour to be sorted even though we paid in full and had the receipt to prove this. We were left to one side while others kept coming in and being shown to their rooms. We were then offered a room in the apartments where one staff member wouldn’t show us because of the access and once there we know why .on going into the room it was unacceptable it had a very strop smell of cigarette smoke, so off we went again for another wait we were finally offered a room on the very top floor which wasn’t the best.
