Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartments have no reception. Guests must contact the apartments at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange their check-in time. In case of late arrival, guests must contact the apartments as agents will only wait for 20 minutes after the specified time. Please note that check in after 22:00 may have an extra cost. Please note that road access and parking are very limited in central Seville. Guests planning to arrive by car should contact the apartments directly for more information.
