Located in the heart of Venice, just steps from the Grand Canal and Teatro La Fenice, these stylish holiday apartments offer the perfect base for a memorable sightseeing trip. Piazza San Marco is a short six-minute walk away, and the antique market at Campo Santo Stefano is just 250 meters from your doorstep. Inside, the building blends modern interiors with the authentic charm of a Venetian palace, boasting high ceilings and large windows. Each apartment, ranging from 50 to 75 square meters, features a fully equipped kitchen, a contemporary bathroom with complimentary toiletries, and a living/dining area with an LCD television and free Wi-Fi. Some apartments also include a balcony or terrace overlooking the internal courtyard or Sant'Angelo Square. Reception hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please contact reception at least three days prior to arrival to confirm your arrival time. Cleaning fees are €40. 00 per stay (one-time). A city tax of €2. 00 per person/per night is applicable.

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels.
