Very friendly front desk staff, very helpful. The place was so clean, you could "smell" the clean. Very well maintained. The breakfast tasted good, but just a tad sparse. A couple more selections would have been nice. We needed extra towels, and got them quickly. Plenty of close parking. It was quiet. The beds are super comfy. We stayed 3 nights and slept well all three. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. We usually stay here becuase it has a great rate, good location, and is clean and quiet. This stay let us down. We booked on Hotels.com, and paid extra to have the option to pay at the property. The morning of check-in, our card on file was charged for the full amount of our stay including an incidental fee. When I called the hotel to inquire, I was told that the GM charged the card, but the desk agent didn't know why, and the manager was unavailable at the moment and couldn't speak with me. Fast forward to after we checked in, we were put on the 4th floor, which was our request. It was raining and windy, and all night you could hear the bathroom exhaust flap banging as it was flapping around in the wind. To top it off, this room didn't have an option to have just a fan on. You either need to have heat or air, so it was impossible to get remotely comfortable, as we were always too hot or too cold. I am definitely going to shop around before immediately booking at this location in the future.
