The person at the desk, June, was very sweet and helpful. Management was left a note about contacting me due to issues with the accessible room i booked missing the shower seat in the bathroom. The complaint was made around 10 PM (noticed missing seat when we went to shower) and we mentioned we were going to bed for the night at that time. Management had June come into our room at 11:30 PM or so, when we were already in bed for the night, to confirm that we were in fact missing the shower seat and not just incompetent on how to pull it out and use it. She confirmed it was missing and drew up a maintenance order. She was just doing her job, and I do not blame her for anything. I asked if management could be asked if we could get a partial refund due to the negligence of the room, and them advertising a kitchen to use, but not having any dishes, & advertising free wifi when you have to pay for wifi on more than 1 device. I understand now that woodsprings doesn't keep dishes in rooms due to not having dishwashers & it's bring or buy your own there, but feel they should also list this on reservations details. I was told they'd leave my info for management to get back with me since they are not there on weekends. Management never reached back out. Will not be staying again if they cannot make sure accessible rooms are actually accessible and have their parts. Also, the double entry doors post check in desk are not mobility aid user friendly. Otherwise, clean & good location.

Staff was fine nothing wrong there , elevator smelled terrible , very loud all around , can’t complain tho cheap hotel so you get what you pay for
