You do not want to stay here. Worst hotel experience ever. I checked in late. After 9 pm, you have to call ext. 500 to get any help. Unfortunately, when you dial 500, it goes to a call center in India or somewhere else. It takes several minutes for them to figure out where you are and who to contact locally. Then they finally connect you with the front desk guy who hides behind a garage like door covering up the front desk. When I finally got to my room, I noticed a roach crawling across my door. The room was 60 degrees with the AC unit blasting cold air. I tried to turn on the heat, and it didn't work. My TV remote also didn't work. I noticed that when the room warmed up, it smelled. They put me in a handicap room, which I did not request. The shower head was just hanging on a hose. There was no place to hang it. I requested a different room, they told me that it had to be another handicap room. If I wanted a regular room it was a $400 up charge. Truly a terrible excuse for a hotel. Run don't walk away from this hotel.

I checked in on 4/15/26 around 4:00 pm. Shortly after bringing my belongings into the room I went out to get something to eat. When I returned around 7:30 there was a cockroach on the bathroom vanity sink. I reported it to the front desk and the man said that management would be there at 9:00 in the morning. I then removed all my belongings back into my vehicle. I didn’t want to have the cockroaches get into my clothing or shave kit. I stayed in the room overnight until 5:00 am. I returned at 9:00 to tell the management I had left the room because of the cockroach and asked for a refund for 4/16/26. The manager replied that Florida has bugs. Totally unacceptable I would like a refund for the second night reservation Thank you J S
