I was charged for the room to the wrong card, and it has not been resolved yet. I wish it could have been properly done at the onset. Instead, I am waiting to have it all corrected.

Overall the property is in a great location in terms of Bourbon Street and the business district. I like the idea of having a feidge, microwave and full kitchen vs having to eat out constantly and having somewhere to sit other than your bed in a traditional hotel room. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is a little sketch after dark. The bed is not overly comfortable, the pillows are terrible. We are IHG owners and felt like this hotel wasn't the same caliber as other properties. Upon check in you are

The staff and location are excellent! I would stay here again. The only thing I really didn’t like about this hotel is that it doesn’t have daily housekeeping for some reason. I think that’s really weird and makes it more of an Airbnb experience. I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff! Shout out to William.
