All the staff I encountered were warm and courteous. The property is tired and threadbare, and the carpeting is dirty. When I worked out barefoot in the room, my feet got really dirty. Teeny towels. They did refresh the room each day, which is a rarity these days. It was also one of the cheapest rooms in town for the weekend, so you get what you pay for.

If you are looking for a place to crash with no frills at an affordable price, this will do the trick. We are a room 228 oceanfront. Room had a few minor issues. Slow draining tub when taking a shower. Almost reminded my fiance and I of a duck pond. Door to the balcony was not properly sealed. We could hear and feel the cold air coming through, but wasn't terrible. The knob to the door was also not working properly. If you were not careful, you could lock yourself out on the balcony. Fridge and microwave worked fine. Nice to have for the price of the room. Front desk staff was at awesome at check-in, because he upgraded us to an oceanfront room. Friendly guy as well!
